Undocumented farms can't be financed, traced, or fairly priced.
No records
80% of Nigerian farms have zero digital documentation. No boundaries, no history, no audit trail — so banks can't lend and buyers can't trust.
No traceability
40% of harvests are lost or unaccounted for between farm and market. Export buyers now legally require proof of origin they can't get.
No fair price
Smallholders sell at the farm gate for 30–50% of market value, because unverified produce trades at a discount — or not at all.
From farm gate to verified sale in four steps.
Document
An agent visits the farm and captures what's there — GPS, boundary walk, photos, soil, livestock, harvest. Works fully offline.
Verify
Back office reviews the evidence and scores it out of 100. Weak submissions get flagged for a re-visit — never rubber-stamped.
List
Verified harvests become marketplace lots with grade, quantity and full chain of custody attached.
Trade
Vetted buyers reserve lots and trade with confidence. Farmers earn more, agents earn commission.
Built for the people who make the market move.

The EU Deforestation Regulation requires precise geolocation for every cocoa plot entering Europe — and full polygon boundaries for plots larger than 4 hectares. EU buyers increasingly demand polygons for every plot regardless, because a pin can't prove no deforestation. So our agents walk every farm's perimeter: each step becomes a vertex, the walk becomes the polygon, and the polygon becomes your compliance evidence — before your competitors know what EUDR stands for.
One-click GeoJSON evidence bundles for EU exporters are in development — the polygons they will package are being captured in the field today.
Consent first. Initials only. Evidence always.
Exporters inherit our compliance posture. Every farmer record on HarvestCalc is captured to NDPA standards from the very first visit — not retrofitted later.
Consent in the farmer's language
Under NDPA 2023, the privacy notice is read aloud in English, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo or Pidgin — and the farmer confirms personally. An agent can help and translate, but never tick the box for them.
Initials on the marketplace
Buyers see "Farmer B. E. · Cross River" — never a name, a phone number or raw GPS. Coordinates stay on file for auditors, not for browsers.
Evidence over trust
Nothing is verified because somebody says so. GPS, polygons, photos, timestamps and a named reviewer make the claim — and weak evidence gets flagged for a re-visit, never papered over.
Already in the field.
